Nomination Website: BestPlacesToWorkWI.com
Overview: At an evening cocktail party and dinner gala, In Business magazine will highlight the best places to work in the state of Wisconsin. Among the attendees will be company leaders and their employees celebrating their unique workplaces and cultures. Winners will be determined utilizing The Best Places to Work survey tool which is administered free to participating companies in partnership with Workforce Research Group, a workplace excellence research firm. Employees complete the survey which asks questions pertaining to work environment, culture, appreciation, advancement opportunities, communication, and other pertinent items related to their workplace. The companies will be divided into two categories — large companies and small companies. The program will introduce each company counting backward to reveal the number one company in each category. An insert in In Business magazine’s February issue will highlight the winners.
How it Works
- Each participating organization completes a short Employer Assessment online. WRG will send the link to the assessment to the primary contact at each organization. It is free to participate in this program.
- All Wisconsin-based employee email addresses are uploaded by each company to a secure portal. A link to complete the Employee Feedback Survey will be sent to each email address. If the organization has more than 300 employees, WRG performs a random selection.
- After careful consideration of the data, WRG experts determine the Best Places to Work in Wisconsin. Optional: Participating companies may purchase an in-depth analysis of the survey results.
