Save the Date: 21st Annual Central Wisconsin Days Returns February 11–12, 2026

Wausau, WI — Centergy, Inc. is pleased to announce that the 21st Annual Central Wisconsin Days will take place February 11–12, 2026, in Madison, Wisconsin. The region’s signature advocacy event will once again convene business and community leaders from Adams, Lincoln, Marathon, Portage, and Wood Counties to engage directly with state policymakers on key economic priorities shaping Central Wisconsin’s future.

Hosted at the Best Western Premier Park Hotel, this two-day event continues Centergy’s longstanding tradition of amplifying the collective voice of Central Wisconsin through strategic, collaborative advocacy.

Entering a New Era of Advocacy

Last year, Centergy and regional partners proudly celebrated two decades of advocacy through Central Wisconsin Days—a testament to the power of collaboration and regional leadership. As the organization enters its 21st year, Centergy looks ahead to another two decades of impact, advancing policies and partnerships that strengthen the economic vitality of Central Wisconsin.

Networking and Regional Collaboration

Central Wisconsin Days will include an evening networking reception before the day of advocacy, offering attendees the opportunity to connect with regional leaders and policymakers ahead of formal meetings at the Capitol. The reception fosters meaningful dialogue and collaboration, setting the stage for productive advocacy throughout the event.

Building on a Year of Impact

Following a milestone 20th anniversary event in 2025, Central Wisconsin leaders achieved significant advocacy wins at the state level:

  • Rothschild Dam Modernization Project: State leaders committed $42 million toward modernizing the 113-year-old Rothschild Dam in Rothschild, improving public safety, infrastructure reliability, and environmental sustainability for the Lake Wausau area.
  • Education and Workforce Development: Funding was increased for key education initiatives, including special education and higher education support—reinforcing Centergy’s commitment to growing and retaining Central Wisconsin’s talent pipeline.

Continuing the Momentum

As Centergy and its partners prepare for the 2026 event, discussions will once again center on issues that drive long-term regional prosperity—housing, infrastructure, workforce, and economic competitiveness.

Registration details, issue briefings, and sponsorship opportunities will be announced in a few weeks. Businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations are encouraged to mark their calendars and plan to attend.
