Next Wave will offer a vibrant social engagement group tailored to young professionals who are in the formative stages of their careers. This program is all about providing essential connections, networking opportunities and a supportive community where emerging professionals can learn, grow and thrive together.

Why Support Next Wave?
By engaging with Next Wave, your organization will play a pivotal role in nurturing the area’s next generation of professionals. This initiative aligns with our community’s commitment to both fostering a thriving business environment and ensuring that our young talent has the resources and networks they need to succeed.

Program Highlights:
Networking Opportunities: This initiative will facilitate connections among young professionals, helping them expand their professional networks and build meaningful relationships with peers and colleagues.

Community Building: Next Wave will foster a sense of community and belonging among its participants, encouraging them to support one another and positively impacting the perception young professionals hold for the Wausau region.

Social Engagement: Regular social engagements and activities provide a fun and relaxed environment for members to unwind, socialize and form lasting relationships outside of the workplace.

How You Can Get Involved:

We invite you and/or young professionals within your organization to join Next Wave by attending an upcoming event. By doing so, your organization will demonstrate its dedication to the professional and personal development of young talent in the greater Wausau area. Each meeting is limited to the first 30 registrants, so space is limited.

Your participation will help create a platform where young professionals, including recent college graduates, early-career professionals, young entrepreneurs and aspiring leaders, can connect, learn, and grow.
